At Nucar Ford of Tilton, we believe in giving back to the community that supports us. That’s why we’re proud to be the Title Sponsor of the Nucar 5K for Mental Health, taking place on Sunday, May 18, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This event is more than just a race—it’s an opportunity to raise awareness during Mental Health Awareness Month and support essential services provided by Lakes Region Mental Health Center (LRMHC).

A Race for Everyone

Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or want to roll across the finish line, the Nucar 5K for Mental Health welcomes all abilities. There’s even a free Kids Fun Run at 8:00 AM for children up to age 10, thanks to a partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lakes Region.

Why This Race Matters

Mental health impacts everyone, and LRMHC plays a crucial role in Belknap and southern Grafton Counties, providing integrated mental and physical health care. With services ranging from counseling and psychiatric care to addiction recovery and crisis intervention, LRMHC supports up to 4,000 individuals annually while providing $900,000 in charity care.

By participating in the Nucar 5K for Mental Health, you’re not just running—you’re helping ensure that vital mental health services remain accessible to those who need them most.
